Two months are left before the II Wings of Business Award Ceremony – the award for the highest achievements in business aviation in Russia. The ceremony will take place on the 16th of February 2018 in Moscow, at MIR concert and banquet hall. Now work with nominees, partners and sponsors of the project is in process. Here are some current achievements and results.

• The Award is introduced in 13 nominations. Any organization busy in a relevant sector can apply for nominating till the 31st of January 2018. The only exception is the nomination “For the major contribution to the development of business aviation in Russia”, where RUBAA Board will decide on the winner. Now there are 47 applications received and published, they are all present at www.wingsaward.ru.
• At the ceremony up to 220 guests are to be hosted. Attending the ceremony is subject to ticket purchase. Tickets are available online at www.wingsaward.ru or one can send a request to jury@wingsaward.ru. There will be 20 tables covered for 11 guests each. A perfect solution is to book an entire table for own company or for inviting clients and partners. As of now 100 of 220 seats – almost half of available – are booked. Evening dress-code is black-tie, so gentlemen are expected with butterfly ties and ladies in evening dresses.
• Sponsors and partners of the evening – due to their support it is possible to organize both the award and the ceremony. Wings of Business Award is a perfect place and a unique format to promote one’s services at the business aviation market. Wide information campaign, as well as a unique community – top of the Russian business aviation industry present at the ceremony – provide sponsors with a return from the project. Work with partners is continued, and already now we can thank for support the award sponsor ABS JETS, the ceremony sponsor SATCOM DIRECT, Broker nomination sponsor GETJET. • Who will become the winner? This will be decided by the professional community. Till the 31st of January 2018 the award web-site offers online voting – any visitor can vote at www.wingsaward.ru. Right after that, on 1-3 of February 2018 Members of the Russian United Business Aviation Association will vote personally. Member organizations will receive special voting lists and will have an opportunity to give their voice for one participant in each nomination. Exactly these personal votes will form 90% of the total rate of each participant, and the one who has the highest rate will be the winner. The award jury elected by RUBAA Board will confirm the correctness of calculations, signing the relevant protocol.

Now, in mid-December, Wings of Business Award organizational committee and the Russian United Business Aviation Association call for everyone, who works in business aviation and is relevant to its Russian sector, to actively participate in the project! About the Award: the national award for the highest achievements in the field of business aviation “Wings of Business” is founded by the Russian United Business Aviation Association in 2016. The first award ceremony took place on the 17th of February 2017. In accordance with the approved regulation, the award is introduced in 13 nominations, including several international.
