Founder & Chairman of Cookson Adventures
Since achieving a world record for kite-skiing to the Antarctic Pole of Inaccessibility, Henry has continued to set new benchmarks. Founded in 2009, his company Cookson Adventures crafts adventures worthy of class-leading yachts in some of the least charted waters on the planet, including Antarctica, Cocos Island, Micronesia and Svalbard.
Designed for both owners and charterers, his world-first yacht expeditions have helped scientists identify a new type of killer whale, organised the first private submersible dive in Antarctica and launched multi-yacht conservation projects in the Galápagos Islands. Today, Henry still personally hosts and curates many of the adventures himself.

As Cookson’s head of yachting, Neal is well established in the industry. His years of experience working both as both a broker and crew means he is able to create inspiring water-born adventures and advise on the perfect yacht to charter. Growing up, he spent many summers exploring the bush in his homeland South Africa. It instilled in him a deep appreciation for the great outdoors and wildlife, which has since seen him visit 47 countries – a number that keeps on growing. One of his favourite adventures to date includes scuba diving with tiger sharks in the Bahamas.
