An Art Historian, founder of ArtOnSuperyachts.com and Director of Pandora Art Services, Pandora’s career spans 25 years at Board level in the cultural sector focusing on business strategy, marketing and education.
As superyacht art consultant and educator teaching The Practical Care of On-Board Art Collections, Pandora trains the maritime industry, Captains and Crew in understanding the legal, environmental and handling risks with art in international waters, along with art appreciation and reviews for insurance and other purposes.As Managing Director of Bridgeman Images, Bridgeman Education and as VP of Global Sales at Artnet, Pandora worked extensively with museums, galleries and auction houses globally, bringing the world’s great art collections to the commercial market and institutions. Pandora has also worked in art logistics and art forensics.
She is a founder member of the Art Due Diligence Group which safely guides purchasers of high value artworks through pre and post-sale due diligence. Pandora is a Liveryman in the Company of Arts Scholars and fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.

Katherine leads all of Boston’s operations. She is responsible for driving group strategy, maintaining strong governance, financial stewardship, operations and infrastructure across the group.
She was appointed in 2012 as Group Business Development Director to drive Boston’s ambitious international growth strategy and brings two decades of experience in the offshore markets, with particular knowledge of luxury assets. She has been instrumental in the development of the Isle of Man’s shipping and aircraft registries.
Katherine, along with MD Alex McNee, led the successful management buyout of Boston in 2019 with the support of a group of high net worth investors, via Rockpool Investments LLP and was appointed CEO upon completion of the change in ownership.
Katherine is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Accountants and is a former Isle of Man President of the Association. She also holds an Institute of Directors Diploma in Company Direction.
Katherine is married with two daughters. She is a keen skier and enjoys travel and maintaining an active social life.

Silvia joined JTC in 2020 as Associate Director, having previously been responsible for the management of a Multi-Family Office in the Principality of Monaco. Throughout her career, Silvia has developed extensive experience in international corporate law, implementing cross-border instruments for multinational companies and (U)HNWI in multiple jurisdictions.
Silvia holds a master’s degree in law and is also a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner, as well as having a certification in Digital Strategy from University INSEAD, Singapore. She speaks three languages: Italian, English and French and has previously worked in several financial centres, including Luxembourg and Zurich.
In addition to lecturing in the fields of integration of law and technology, Silvia is also an active member of the European Law Institute – Special Interest Group – Digital Law.

After ten years progressing through management roles in a family business group, Bilal Zein set up a Single Family Office in 2001 in London which he continues to run. The SFO covers a wide range of services namely wealth management, investment strategies and financial planning, governance, tax and trusts, strategic advice, philanthropy, lifestyle, private collections, household management and concierge services.
Bilal’s C-Level experience ranges across several sectors from industrial engineering, trading, waste management, real estate and hospitality enterprises throughout the EMEA region, operating at board level and taking a hands-on approach to improving performance. He has extensive experience of overseeing organisational and entity level restructuring initiatives, looking for practical solutions to complex problems.
Bilal has a particular interest in family business, family dynamics and governance along with succession issues. He takes an integrated approach to family wealth management and transfer with risk mitigation.
Advisory board member of a multi-family club and advisor to a Family and Business Governance practice, both based in Geneva.
Bilal holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from ESCP, along with various Certificates in Financial Management and the IOD Diploma. He earned the STEP Postgraduate Diploma in Private Wealth Advising and holds FFI Advanced Certificates in Family Business and Family Wealth Advising. Member of the 2020 NYC FFI Program Committee. He is a regular panellist at Family Office and wealth management events. Fluent in English, French and Arabic.

Alex Chumillas is an Economist specialising in taxation and customs.
He is the Managing Director of Tax Marine & Aviation Spain with more than twenty year experience in the yachting sector providing tax advisory on yacht purchases, customs issues,owning and operational structures. The firm is one of the leading companies in the superyacht charter licensing industry in Spain.
Alex is a founding member of the Barcelona Nautical Cluster, and a member of the ISS and YBDSA and also a member of the business aviation associations NBAA and EBAA.
He is a regular speaker at international conferences and workshops on tax matters concerning yachting.
